For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as OrthoBanc automatic monthly draft payments. Financing is available through Unicorn Financial and Care Credit, and we offer a 10% courtesy for payment in full at the start of treatment. Insurance Benefits Your fee is determined by the time needed and the complexity involved with treating your particular problem. It reflects the skill, care and judgment you receive throughout your relationship. When a fee has been determined for your individual case, we will assist you in formulating a personal payment schedule that best suits your requirements. Insurance is accepted toward fulfilling your financial obligation. We will prepare all necessary paperwork for you. We will do everything we can to help you obtain your maximum benefits. If you encounter any difficulties or questions regarding the financial aspect of your treatment, please don’t hesitate to call; we are here to help and serve you. Financial arrangements are the least of our concerns. Your insurance coverage may or may not include benefits for services rendered in this office. Since no two contracts are alike, it would be beneficial for you to contact your insurance representative to ascertain details of your coverage before coming for your initial visit.
