Appointments
|
We maintain regular office hours throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. Once you have started active corrective therapy, your visits will be approximately two to eight weeks apart. The appointment time you make is specifically reserved for you. However, seeing a patient who has an emergency is the only commitment we hold higher than being on time for your appointment. If you are unable to keep the appointment you made, please call our office. This will enable us to reschedule the correct, uninterrupted treatment. In the interest of conserving your time, we will try to complete treatment in as few visits as possible and to remain on schedule. Usually, if you are prompt, we are also. We make every attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience. There are times when longer appointments are necessary. This allows the doctors to spend extra time and allow each patient to feel comfortable with every aspect of the new and exciting experience. If it is unnecessary to cancel an appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so we can immediately reschedule. In case of emergencies, call before coming in to be sure we are in the office. If the office is closed when you call, a recorded message will instruct you and give a 24-hour 800 number to reach the doctors immediately. It has been our experience over the years that very few of our patients encounter emergencies. If you are uncomfortable or having a problem, this concerns us, too. Call us; we are available on an emergency basis. |
